This is my perspective, filmed in Brooklyn, NY.

The Orthodox community of Brooklyn is a tight knit group of people who value traditions and customs. Here's a glimpse into one Friday, as the residents of Boro Park rush from store to store, buy flowers to adorn their homes, and close their shops early in preparation for their day of rest... Shabbos.

I am lucky enough to live a mere 2 mins from this place :-) Auckland is an isthmus and thus has 2 coasts, I live by the thinnest part of there and this river on the east coast comes within 2 miles of the west coast, it's a very special place.
The bird is a pukeko, a kind of swamp hen.
